They forgot to add my cookie to the order that I paid for. They also wouldn't let me order a sweet onion teriyaki sandwich using the coupon it had to be a different sandwich.

They raise their prices when participating in Subway bogo deals - scammy practices (common sales tactic, but scam none-the-less).

I was pretty disappointed with my sandwich here. I ordered a meatball marinara and it appeared as though they had intentionally watered down the marinara sauce. It made the bread mushy and had almost no flavor of a marinara at all. This location was also out of mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and oregano. Sooooo . . . . Everything you need to make a meatball sandwich . . . . Which wasn't even mentioned while placing the order. Service was okay, but not what I'd call friendly. Overall this has probably been one of my least favorite subway experiences.
