Appalled. Wanted to buy a sub but my card didnt work. He asked if I had another card.i replied no not a card. Rather than wait 2seconds while I get my cash, he pulls the food back as if I was a thief. Not very good customer service. The old woman who was there had no idea why I was upset and began rambling on about pennies and a card ?I will not eat here in the evening. Daytime service has always been exceptional

Horrible franchise location. Charge you more than the price posted on menu board then give major attitude when questioned about it. No apology and actually told me to just get over it because it was only $.25 more than posted price. Refused to provide contact information for management then lied about there not being a manager on duty when it was the person working. Actual store manager refused to take a phone call about the complaint, had to call corporate to get anything resolved. Overcharged on multiple occasions and then told I was a liar even though I have receipts to prove it.
