When I think of subway my usual thought is quick, reliable, and consistent. I go in with low standards, just hoping to get a mediocre sandwich to get me through the day... Some how today, even with minimal expectations, I was still beyond disappointed. The crew member making my sandwich failed to ask me what type meat I wanted on my wrap, instead he seemingly decided for me, giving me turkey ( I was going to get the All American). I asked for bacon on it and he seemed annoyed and proceeded to just put it on cold, it has always been heated in my past visits. After putting on the veggies, he sloppily rolled my wrap and cut it with the precision of a drunken person. I was tempted to just walk out with out my sandwich at that point but I was hungry and didn't have enough time to get something else. I begrudgingly paid for my wrap and left. Needless to say as soon as I tried to take bite from the wrap it fell apart. I have worked in the food service industry for 4 years myself and there is no excuse for this kind of behavior. If you are unhappy with your job don't take it out on customers.  I am definitely not coming back to this location.

Worst experience ever... In the store and email from district manager! I had a bad experience. No bread baked. 4 employees...only 1 making sandwiches. No apologies for nothing but flat bread in choices of bread.Got contacted by district manager... no help at all. He was full excuses saying the other 3 were training. Why not use the experience as a training tool? So training people is more important in the back than using them to learn how to make the sandwiches ? They could watch the experience and learn...two birds...training and good customer service. After the line got down...yes there was a line....go back to train...

I don’t know what it is about this one but everytime I go there, they manage to mess it up. I would rather drive 20 mins out of the way then order anymore disappointing sandwiches
