The first time I went here I put in an online order at 10am to pick up at noon and it wasn't made when I got there to pick it up. I only have 30 min for lunch so time is short. They weren't busy at all. Today I decided to give them another try by ordering in the store. I never got to place my order because the one and only employee working was too busy catching up with her friend who was the only other customer in the store besides me. Again, I only have 30 min for lunch. I've never in my life experienced this. The employee simply stood there and talked to her friend while I waited to order. I finally left because I clearly wasn't going to be waited on. Never again.

4 out of 5 times my order was messed up went in and guy making subs told me that I shouldn't order there if I don't like it. Wow I call you on the mistakes made and you tell me to go somewhere else?!? So rude! Corporate is getting a call!! Never had an employee talk to that way!!! So unprofessional!! Done with this subway I'll go to Firehouse.
