Completed an online order. Received an email confirmation of order and amount paid. Went to pickup and was told they didnt receive it and couldn't make it or refund. Was told they had no idea when a manager would be working. Sent corporate a complaint and never received a response.

They were unable to make the sandwiches or refund the amount. Was told they did not know when a manager would be on duty. Contacted corporate and never received a response.

I love Subway it's one of my favorite places to eat you get pretty good amount for your money and they have a few different types of bread you can put your sandwich on and they make it to order fresh right in front of you place is clean bathrooms are clean and the tables are cleaned and maintained and the staff was friendly
