Zero star for a reasonable.... On Sunday December 12th, 2021. I and my husband were so hungry for dessert. We looked on my phone and saw on Yelp from Basket Robbins. Yelp and Map said opened. My husband did drive and arrived there like 30 mins for drive for our starving. we walked in like respectful at about 7:30pm We were ready to order for just one large drink. So I did show my phone to worker. Then she did talk to us with her mask. And we didn't understand what her said. I told her that I said "we are deaf" in sign language. But she pulled her mask down and trying speak to us something. My husband looked on my phone and tried to typing as said "We are deaf" AND she really yelled with mask at us at same time. Before she went and we was like we still didn't understand what she said. Then, she came back with rude behavior to us by writing down on paper said, "closed for 30 minutes". Before she gone. Then, I ripped that paper then put it on table already. (It means she should have to clean it up with change her attitude better) We were sad and got out of that place. Well It was good thing, we didn't even get to pay for that place. So, we are giving them zero star with no respect.

Good luck finding this place it took me two tries the GPS directions are way off it's located within the area of an old military base one of the shops was converted to a Subway franchise.
