One guy behind the counter, was in line behind 4 people, and the dude was busy yes but was not working like he was, no urgency or speed at all. I finally get to where it’s my turn, and he has my bread cut and then says “oh I need to get this online order done”. Not the best customer service making a customer that is in front of you wait. And management needs to do some hiring to help him out. 20-30 minute wait at a Subway should not be happening.

my boyfriend and i love this subway- nice staff and they make amazing food. one problem is theyre always busy so the wait is slightly longer than other stores.
