This store is really nice. I enjoy grabbing a sandwich to take to work with me from here. I never have any issues with the food tasting fresh when I order from this location.

Crandall store: can't use coupons that they sent me in the mail. Coupon was for $5.99 and they charged me $8.99. Very rude man waited on me, the line was outside with customers and coupons and they were more interested in making phone in orders, I waited for 30 minutes just to order and another 20 minutes to get to the cashier. No coke in machine, no lids, no straws, no cookies, and food counter was empty. It was 6:00p.m. when I went there almost 7:00 p.m. when I left. I will not go there again. Kim Thomas

The service was great. The one worker did an excellent job getting the sandwiches made. The quality of Subways food in general has declined. Will not go back to any Subway again. It's too expensive for what you get.
