Website has a deal for free cookie with a footlong. However, the website never prompts you to order cookies. I pick up 2 footlongs and no cookies in bag. I point this out to the counter troll who, instead of satisfying the customer, says I didn't order any blah blah blah. I explain the website never prompted me after I pressed the "deal" button but clueless troll does nothing to resolve the problem.Stuff the cookies. I won't use this store again.
