There was no where to critique the eighth ave. Restaurant so I will do it here. The stand in line to order and create sandwich takes longer than eating it. Sandwich arrives cold. Staff is terrible. Need a manager. Not enough workers. Please bring back the staff you had before. They were competent and the store was cleaner. Takes a half hour to get good. I'm not coming back

The subway out by shopke needs more employees. Stood in line for almost 30 minutes starting at 12:30. Wasted my whole lunch break just getting a sandwich.
