I ordered two sandwiches at 4:08 PM to be ready by 4:30 PM for my friend to pick up on her way home. Tell me why at 4:51 PM they were still not ready. What was the point of ordering ahead of time if we’re just going to have to wait anyways? They also put the wrong ranch on one of the sandwiches. THEN accused my friend of trying to steal chips saying they weren’t paid for when it was the first thing on the dang receipt.

Me and my gf ordered and PAYED online. We showed up when they said the order would be ready, now 30mins past the time of pickup & they have the door LOCKED. At 6:05pm. No sign on the door letting us know anything, nothing. Like we see everything open, a drink sitting by the soda machine but no one is answering the phone or the door. I am a GM and had something like this went down at my store my employees running the shift would be fired immediately. This is so inconsiderate and so incredibly unprofessional. I see y’all hiring maybe you need your district managers & GMs to come run the store until you get more dependable ppl. But as for me and my family, I want a mf refund asap.

I'm not one to give bad reviews hardly ever; however, this location has let me down in several occasions. Today I went to get a sub for lunch, I asked for a meatball sub with pepperoni and provolone cheese, toasted. They were out of every single thing I asked for, so I changed it up and asked for a philly cheesesteak sub instead, once it was time for the veggies they were also out of most of the veggies I wanted. To add insult to injury, they didn't have Doritos, and that was the straw that broke the camel's back, I'm never going to this location again. NOTE: The employee said "we're still waiting on our truck cause of covid", not sure how that is happening because other locations I go to have everything in stock.Subway, please get it together if you don't want to go out of business.
