I ordered two sandwiches at 4:08 PM to be ready by 4:30 PM for my friend to pick up on her way home. Tell me why at 4:51 PM they were still not ready. What was the point of ordering ahead of time if we’re just going to have to wait anyways? They also put the wrong ranch on one of the sandwiches. THEN accused my friend of trying to steal chips saying they weren’t paid for when it was the first thing on the dang receipt.

Me and my gf ordered and PAYED online. We showed up when they said the order would be ready, now 30mins past the time of pickup & they have the door LOCKED. At 6:05pm. I'm not one to give bad reviews hardly ever; however, this location has let me down in several occasions.
