I've eaten at this location more than once, I have had times when it's difficult to order because the sandwhich artisan doesn't understand English very well. I have been going to a different sandwhich shop (not subway) and I've been much happier with the food and the service. I recently with in the past two months tried ordering using the app..I really like using the app at the other sandwhich shop, it's easy and when I arrive the sandwhich is ready and fresh! The other shop is further from my office than Subway which is worth it but today I decided to try subway using their app. I assumed it would be better than struggling with trying to get through the language barrier . I was very unhappy, they didn't follow the instructions on how much mayo and mustard but to make it worse I showed up just as the sandwhich was ready and it was a soggy mess! The pickles were so mushy and the whole grain bread was soggy like it had been sitting for hours rather than minutes. I highly DO NOT recommend S...

Staff seemed like they didn't want to work or be there. Asked them what goes in a particular sandwich, they pointed at things. Language seemed like a challenge for them.

Subway is always good! They have the protein bowls and smashed avocado which is fairly new. It got a little hectic. It was rush hour at lunch and they took the next person before mine was done toasting, so they were done before me. It just gets confusing/unorganized cuz the people behind you are ready to check out, but I am in line on front of them. Plus this Subway is very small.
