Rude service I was having an emergency and needed the restroom and they said they didn't have public restrooms I had to use the men I will be calling corporate store number 2270

When visiting your establishment @ 2270 Holcomb Houston, Tx. I was told that they didn’t have a public restroom although there clearly was. And I told her that I come here all the time and I know that it’s a restroom here. I end up using the men’s restroom because it was an emergency for me at that point. The door to the restroom did not have a working lock, so a man end up opening the door while I was in there.Then when ordering the lady was so rude and short with me. When I ask to add some cookies to my order, she signed and groaned loudly. I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me, and said she didn’t have a name. My husband and I decided to leave and l pushed the food back on the counter and left. I hope you’ll see this complaint and check into this situation. Because this can’t keep going on. This is not my first time here. l seen a similar situation happened to someone else at the same Subway. A unpleasant visit. Zero stars
