I enjoyed the online ordering and my food was ready when it was supposed to be, but I ordered my subs to be toasted and they weren’t. I wasn’t going to drive back to the store.

My sub was made exactly as I requested & was delicious. The only negative was that the employees seemed stressed or tired or disconnected with customers. They weren't rude, but they weren't very welcoming either.

Food was as expected for a Subway sandwich, average to below average. This is clearly a family run business as "grandma" is constantly being yelled throughout the establishment. I wasn't thrilled when the young man coming to make my sandwich coughed into his hands and didn't bother to wash them. He just threw on the plastic gloves and went to making my order. I may be old fashioned, but the giant hoops inside his ears, long dyed red hair (no hair net), and nonstop visible tattoos, were nicely complimented by the large knife he has clipped to his belt. He was fairly friendly, but not exactly who I would prefer handle the food I'm eating. Thankfully Jersey Mikes and Which Wich are nearby options.
