Subway in Delmar

It's very hard for a subway to make me happy. This particular location has had many of the wrong people work here.THEN PAUL!! This employee was amazing . Friendly and very knowledgeable. Kept smiling with 10 minutes left to close and me with my mobile app that wouldn't work yet again..I believe you should know just how valuable of a team member is located here. Thank you Paul. I appreciate you.

I like this subway, the ladies who work there are so nice and never have an attitude. I actually live near the menands subway on Broadway and I won't dare go there anymore. I swear they count your lettuce in there. But that's a different review. Yes I drive all the way to this subway for my dad's subs. Its a little far for me but I like being treated with respect and I like not getting snarled at for asking for extra pickles! Lol

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SUBWAY!! A few months back I went to get a sub around 6:00pm and there was this very sweet young lady working and she was being very polite and doing everything the customers asked for on the sandwich in front of me in the line. She was doing a great job but I could see she was hiding back tears and her face looked stressed out. Then this big woman I think her name was erin( on her name tag) started yelling at her in front of everyone that she cut the sandwich wrong and that she had to do it again because, from her words " it looked like shit". Erin threw it out and yelled to make another right in front of her, and she was very closely hovering over the girl. The lady in front said the sandwich looked fine, and there was no need to throw it out. Then Erin said " we'll if it's shit, yes it need to be thrown out". And then the young lady fixed it  and apologized. When it came time to check out the young lady had trouble finding something on the screen I believe, and she was trying to figure it out because Erin was working on my sandwich, and she didn't want to bother her. But then Erin said to her " what are you doing!" The young lady explained the problem and the Erin yelled " well why the hell do you look like a deer with headlights, you should know this, fix the goddam problem!" At this point I was so distraught that the manager would yell at this young lady like that. There were also children around hearing all this. I saw the young lady go into the back when Erin shoved her away, and she looked like she was having a panic attack and she wiped away tears, but hid it very quickly and put on a brave face when Erin stepped back to yell at her more.
