I was just denied entry to the store because the employee outside was smoking his cigarette. He said I can wait 20 minutes if I want to order. No wonder business is slow. 11/5 1640

I went in with my child wasn’t greeted he gave me a dirty look instead (Whatever right). I said HI I was in the best mood ever. (I work in customer service) I asked a few questions about the special got the most rude responses he made me want to cry while ordering. The moment I gave a rude response he told me to leave and denied me service. I did not do anything wrong. If you come at a child aggressively being an adult don’t expect the mom to be nice about it. This guy is the most rude person owner or whoever he is that I have ever encountered. If I could give zero stars I would. And corporate should really take a look at the image this guy is giving Subway. Horrible person and terrible service!
