I placed an online order at 1:15, said that it would be ready at 1:30. Once I got there, one person was working and there was a line, so I knew that it would take a little longer. The worker finished with the line and then took a 10 minute bathroom break, several customers came and left, before she even started on my sandwiches, which I had to remind her that I was waiting for.
