Waited close to 30 minutes at the drive thru and noticed people pulling up and going inside getting their sandwich in as little as 5 minutes. I knock on the window and the scrawny kid at the window gave me an attitude saying there was a error but they didn’t bother telling me why I waited that long. I get off and confront them and the little scrawny kid isn’t doing anything and they’re finally working on my order. I suggest you train your employees on how defuse situations because next time I go and I get an attitude from an employee here, they will catch these hands.

I’ve been ordering from this subway for 2 years now, there’s never been a disappointment on my end. Recently, I ordered a sandwich that I thought was a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. I called to get a refund, because I didn’t want to drive back out.
