DO NOT ONLINE ORDER HERE!2nd time this has happened to me. I placed an order, restaurant confirmed, but said they never got the order.I got charged, but no food.Their website has no way to request a refund because you need a restaurant# from a PAPER receipt! Hello! This is 2021! How can I not request a refund online? Their phone# is automated only and you cannot request a refund!
