I order from them from time to time for delivery via their website...I ordered from them on January 14th and prior times as wellSo, one of the last times I ordered from them, I called them to inquire about me not receiving my order. They told me I need to contact Door dash. Eventually the order came but very late...So, I know how this works.Firstly, no the card charge (including refund the charge) nor the cancellation is done by Door dashSecondly, no I do not need to contact Door dashThirdly, I didn't order directly through Door dash. All questions goes back to the Subway location. In this case Lehigh St.Fourthly, IF this happens again with any future orders. I tell you what, I'll dispute the charge and you can tell me who will receive the charge back. Sounds good?So, one of these days, I will purposely do a test. That test will include placing an order from the website. Calling the store to cancel for a refund.The reason why that is a test because they will tell me to call Door dash. In that case, I'll dispute the charge with the card issuer.
