Ordered online, got there 20 minutes later food isn't made or even in the process of being made.

I love subway, but tonight I was very disappointed. Placed an order for curbside, on it I asked for my bell peppers and onions to be cooked and to please cook the bacon extra crispy. I place my order, it said it would be ready at 6. At 6:30 nobody had came to our car after we had been there for a good 10 minutes at the least. I saw THREE workers inside, and they were not busy. The workers were cleaning and doing other things. My husband goes in to get it, our daughters pizza wasn’t even ready. Get home, my husbands sandwich is wrong. It is chicken instead of steak, both sandwiches are ice cold and my peppers and onions are not cooked. Not trying to be a Karen but I am so very disappointed with tonight’s order it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Staff was very friendly and really fast!, The food was good and and fresh. Just watch out for them putting the sauce on your sandwich they will really doctor it up for you,
