ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!  I walked from the convention center to this store, ordered my 2 meals with drinks on the APP, since I was walking I order one Vitamin Water in a bottle to put it in my pocket so I could have a hand free.  Once I got to the store they circled my order told me I could only get fountain drinks.  An older Caucasian man comes out and tells me that it's more for bottled beverages.  I said That I ordered it on the app And it says a fountain drink or a bottle drink.  I chose a bottle drink and I assumed it would charge me appropriately.   He said he doesn't have any control over the app and that it's more and then I need to pay him more.  I said it's not my fault that the app is wrong.  He said "this was the first time it's ever happened,  explain that!!" I thought that was bull.  I showed him the app & I showed him the receipt.  And he told me he would cancel my order and re-ring it up with the bottle price.   At this point I just need to get back to my son's volleyball game!  I told him I will take it up with corporate and file a complaint because I'm frustrated and I need to get back to the game so I fill my drinks At the fountains and get prepared to walk a mile with two drinks in my hand.  He comes out frustrated and with a major attitude and tells me just throw away The fountain drink and JUST take a bottle.  He's super hostile and He's making me feel like I'm in the wrong, when I am clearly not!  Look at the App!!!!!!  It's not my fault the app allows me to chose a bottle or a fountain drink, It should charge me appropriately!  The manager, if that's what he was, was a total jerk.  *The woman behind the counter made my meal perfectly and clearly was doing what she was told to do but was kind.

Horrible service!!! I just went there 10 minutes ago to pickup my footlong and although they "claim" that they toasted my sub, it was completely cold!!! I will give them ZERO stars if I could!! If workers can't comprehend how to use a simple toaster then they are NOT qualified to work in the food business!

Amazing place to go eat. Very friendly people and we're very easy to work with to make my sandwich perfect. Definitely recommend to go get food from. The dinning room space is pretty small but if your getting take out or don't mind eating there then it's a perfect family owed little subway. I had the pleasure of meeting the family that own this little subway and they are just one of the most friendly, and most friendly people.
