Food USED to be good. On a recent trip to this store I learned from the lady working during the afternoon that her daughter (who works during the morning) is the manager. Maybe the manager should let the night staff know how rude it is to sit in-front of the door smoking weed pens. They stink when customers walk in which in turn means maybe my service and food will be like it used to be not even just a few months ago I was constantly telling friends and colleagues how great this store is. Now it’s WAS.

HORRIBLE service. Very unprofessional. I ordered two salads for curbside pickup. Waited outside for 15 minutes after pressing the "I'm here" button on my order. Eventually I just went inside to get my food. The girl working with dark curly hair who gave me my food didn't give me my drink that I ordered. I got home and looked at the salads and there was nothing to them. There was not even lettuce in one of them and the other one I had ordered bacon on it and the bacon wasn't even heated up. It had white grease on the outside of it and looked disgusting. They both were drenched in dressing but they were smaller than a side salad. My husband brought the salads in to get a refund or for her to fix them and she refused to do both. There is no number to call to get a refund. I had to email subway which is ridiculous. How are you a corporate company and have no number to call and complain about their service? Will not ever return here and will be contacting a manger about how rude this employee was to me and my husband.
