I have never left a negative review before for a restaurant before but I looked at prior reviews and it seems like this is a reoccurring problem. I have worked in customer service and restaurants and fast food for many many years now and I understand it’s not the most fun job in the world and I’m very understanding but that’s what we get paid to do. I came in over 30 minutes before closing, just wanting to order one quick sandwhich and the whole place was closed up and ready to shut down. I apologized and said I would be very quick and the girl working had a very bad attitude and made it known she was extremely inconvenienced I was there. I then tried to order a drink with my meal and she told me I could get one from the cooler cause the drink machine had already been taken apart. Awful attitude! I’m very understanding and understand it’s frustrating when customers come in near closing time but that was very disappointing how she acted. I live in Chubbuck and am a frequent customer and I will not be coming back to this location. I go to the other subways in town and they always have a great attitude and delightful! Life is hard enough, ditch the poor attitude!
