Waited in line for 15 minutes, when I got the counter they had an online order and made me wait. Completely unacceptable. I eat here twice a week, not anymore.

There were only 2 people working--this is the second time we've been to this location that is understaffed. But they were REALLY SLOW to make sandwiches. The lettuce was very brown so didn't even bother to have that. I was told that was all they had. 1 star is probably too high. We will look for a different location or go to Jersey Mike's. Really we can eat at Pizza Ranch for the same price and get higher quality food and service.
