I just left this Subway and there were flies flying all over the food and a couple of dead frozen ones as well. My son loves to eat at this subway. We live on base and it's really convenient but I will no longer give you my service until this is taken care of.

I thought I'd ordered 3 Platters on line to feed 26 people at noon today. I showed up at 1130 to pick them up and the order had never gone through. I checked my email and sure enough, I did not have a receipt so it was "on me". "Kay" and Tiffany said that despite the lunch hour rush, they could make 13 Footlongs for me quickly so I'd still have sandwiches to take to the luncheon I was hosting - to their credit, while keeping up with the normal lunch hour rush, they made the sandwiches in about 20 minutes. Very thankful for their "can-do" attitude.
