You know when you encounter a situation that was so bad it's almost laughable? I ordered online via app. I went in about 14 mins later. Employee that was out smoking asked me if I was going in, I nodded, then she asked if I was serious and informed me that she had just gotten the rush. She angrily stormed/stomped inside. After a decade in service industry, I understood the struggle and told her that if she needed a minute to take a minute. She then muttered something under her breath, I then came to and decided I didn't want this person making my food. I told her to forget it and walked out, she chased me outside to get my name, to not make my food. I called store trying to get my refund, she told me to go through website. I sent a request with order number, no response. I ended up disputing it through PayPal. What happened next was the icing on the cake. I reached out to local office just out of concern that the next person may not tell person to take a minute, she was as shocked as I was, said some one would call in a few days.
