I just placed an order online for in store pickup but the website gave no confirmation nor did we get an email. I have proof that the payment was taken out of my bank account, but apparently the order itself didn't go through. The manager REFUSED to give us our order even after we showed proof of purchase. They also refused to offer a refund, OR EVEN A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. Subways website itself leaves no phone #, and corporate claims to have moved customer service to "an entirely digital experience." I have not gotten a refund and this is awful customer service from both the store and the company alike. Don't waste your time

Here for yet another bad online order review. Get your internet connection fixed you clowns. Also let your employees "comp" meals that show an online bank statement as proof of purchase. The owners of this store should be ashamed and should give their management the ability to comp meals. After speaking with Pam "manager", she explained that she was unable to do so. I just left about 40 mins ago. Feb 18 2022. You guys owe me money. Do better.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! This is the absolute worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I show up to the restaurant after placing an online order and they tell me that they don't have my order. This has happened several times to myself and my family members. The young woman working at this location is extremely rude, she does nothing to help with the situation, and she has sent me off with no food several times now after the money has been taken out of my account. They stole my money and there is nothing I can do about it. This location will not answer the phone, their customer service line is fully automated and completely useless, and they have not responded to my email. Do not order from this restaurant unless you want them to steal your money and send you off with no food. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
