Wow! Never thought I'd see the day I'd write a negative review about Subway. I love this franchise. I say this to emphasize no business should be judged by one rating alone. Having said this, here are the particulars of a recent encounter with the operation at 60 Exchange Street in Richmond Hill Georgia. I did something I rarely do: I ordered using my cell phone and the SUBWAY app. This was a mistake, not because there was anything wrong with the app, but because I did not and could not know how online orders might be handled behind the scenes. From now on I'll go stand inside the shop and make sure that I get what I order. I ordered a foot-long sub and a protein bowl. The sub was a disheveled mess and contained ingredients I did not order and, did not contain ingredients I did order. The contents fell out of the wrap and into the wrapping paper when opened.
