Would give 0 if possible, placed an 30 dollar order, got a call that they didn't have one item and my whole order needed to be canceled not I'm out two orders and my money for 7-10 business days. And to make things worse the guy on the phone sounded like he couldn't be bothered worst experience ever..

This is the second time I use the app to place an online order and it's ruined. They called to let me know that they only had white and wheat bread (5pm) which is not what was offered on the website they hung up on me and when we called back they said they decided to choose for us then hung up on me. When I called back they just kept hanging up. So RUDE! When I finally got home with my food everything was almost identical with every sauce on each sandwich and everything thrown on (gross!) We returned the food and the Manager tried to explain to the employee who made the sandwiches what was wrong he just told her it doesn't matter if you're not happy we can refund your money. Well it does matter because now an hour has gone by since I placed the order and I still don't have food.

These girls RUDE AS HELL!! 4:22:2020 some girl was training another girl at the register and the girl who was training her looked at me and said " YOU GOTTA WAIT OVER THERE!!" No how can I help you hello or nothing ! Sheesh she came off so strong I did not feel welcome so I went to the subway in Walmart across the street there more down to earth. Idk if this is the hood or what but that don't mean treat me like a criminal cause I was standing in the wrong spot sheesh teach them to smile what happend to greetings ! They have to learn how to still be calm and nice even when there's a line , the manager must be a asshole too because he didn't teach them squat!
