I came here a few day ago craving some subs. I got the usual turkey and Swiss cheese, lettuce and mayo, and my boyfriend order the buffalo chicken and Swiss cheese toasted with nothing on it. Sample! I guess the guy was training the kid on how to make the subs because he didn't seem like he knew how to make them. Not a problem. When we got home my boyfriend sub didn't smell like how it usually smelled. It was in the afternoon and we didn't eat anything all day. Mine was pretty good, and he ate almost all of his sub. Few hours later he did not feel good. He went to the bathroom constantly, and stay in bed. He kept telling me his stomach hurts badly, and that was the only thing he ate. I think he got food poisoning, because all of the symptoms was there. I don't know, maybe the chicken was undercooked, or either expired. Who knows but I hope they're practicing food safety. I saw the new guy use a knife that had something on it to cut our sandwiches, also saw him use the same gloves to make another customers sandwich. I will not be returning. They do not care if the customers comes in with no mask!. Rather there's a clear glass bacteria, and other harmful diseases can float in the air and land on the food.

Do not take coupons and have no signs posted regarding their policy , bad cx service. The location prices are higher than other subways in the area . Sponsor another subway location they clearly do not want the business or care about the customer .
