I’m not impressed with this location. We normally order through the app and we’ve eaten here multiple times.We were informed when we arrived that they didn’t have salad containers (again) so they couldn’t give us the salads we ordered through the app. We can’t do a replacement because person CANNOT eat wheat.They WOULD NOT give us a REFUND and provided almost no guidance for getting a refund. I’m fairly certain that we will never get a refund because you cannot request a refund or give feedback through the app — as the employee suggested.I submitted something via Subways help on the webpage but it’s such a general help us email that I doubt I’ll hear anything.ONLY come to this location if you’d like your money STOLEN when they can’t complete their end of the agreement.I’m not bothered that I didn’t get some salads. I AM bothered that they didn’t give us a refund.

Usually this Subway is my preferred place to go. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I received my first online order through them today. The sandwich barely had any meat on it and was missing some of the other veggies I added to my order. Not only that, but the bread was tough to chew. I'm not sure who made the sandwich, but it was of a much lower quality than this location usually prepares in-person.

The worker asked me to put on mask and I did. But when I explain to her that I had all my vaccinations and that Carrie had resended their mask requirements. She told me I wasn't allowed to speak my mind and ask me to leave the story would not serve me. I find this very troubling that a person thinks they have the authority to stop you from speaking your mind and a very considerate manner. She was very aggressive and she had a family member her son that was there that didn't work with the company that threatened me with physical harm. Which is way out of line. Been here before food was good. But then as a set in the parking lot there was another customer that went in she served without a mask imagine that I think !!!!??!
