What a horrible experience.I received the worst customer service I have ever received at a Subway (Subway #29046-0 Appleton, MN). I placed on order online for your "new" Italian BMT along with a "fresh melt" meatball marinara Sub. I placed my order at 3:30 PM to be told by the app that it would be ready at 3:55 PM. When I went into the store to pick up the order it was not even ready. The employee told me that the only bread they had available was wheat or I could come back in 25 to 30 minutes. (As he was just putting bread in the oven). I told him wheat was fine. He then told me that Subway doesn't do grilled just toasted. I told him that according to your own menu it was a grilled sandwich. He tells me in the 2 months he worked there he's never made one so Subway doesn't make them. I then pulled up Subways online menu, showed him the description and said then you need to argue with them. After this exchange I told him to forget the order and just refund the order. He then walked over to the phone and started to call the manger to find out how to do the refund. I told him at least 3 times I wanted the managers number, to which his response was I need to Shut the hell up and if I couldn't shut the hell up to get out of his store.This has to be one of the most atrocious customer service I have ever exp...
