Subway in Richmond

Subway at  9127 Staples Mill Road. The customer service received was terrible starting with being made to wait to place an order. With no other customers in the place, I waited five minutes even after the sandwich maker made eye contact with me. That was problem #1. Problem #2 came when paying for the purchase, I had a combo meal coupon and asked the cashier if he would upsize the drink knowing that it would cost a little more and was willing to pay for it. I was told no that he would not upsize the drink. The final problem  was with the lid for the cup which did not fit properly and blew off the cup as I exited the building forcing me to have to go back and get a second lid which also didn't fit and even though I was able drive off, the lid came off again and the drink spilled in my car. the insult in all this was the sandwich itself which was skimpy on the ingredients. I am going to avoid this store now at all cost and my only advice to the store owner is that you need to look into retraining your staff in customer service and if you can't do that then you might as well close your store and get out of the food service business.
