Went into this subway to get two soft pretzels the clerk said they would close in 5 minutes and refuse to serve me, Even though they were open for another 5 minutes when I walked in.

The first visit I picked up my mobile order to find neither sandwich had any meat on it when they were supposed to so I had to drive back.The second visit I Was told my mobile order never came through even though my money was taken and I had the order confirmation, was told I could not have a refund or my order made by the workers. By the time the next day I was told I could have a refund through email, I went back into the store and was told I could not have a refund. Fix your app or fix your customer service.
