Good food. But the service was awful

I went in Sunday evening around 6:00 pm on 05/07/2017. There was only one worker! I don't blame her not one bit because there shouldn't have just been one person working period. This is the managers problem and shouldn't allow one person to take on more than they can handle. Not only did she half way start my sub she stopped to finish the lady in front of me when she should have just taken care of the lady in front me first. But once she got to me she add everything on that I asked. I had also asked for a pretzel with cheese to dip it in. She had rang my order in and collect my money turned away to heat the pretzel and then the cheese. She pulls out the pretzel and half of it drops on the floor. When that happens she looks back at me and says Opps half of it fell on the floor still just standing there looking at me like I should just take the half that's good.
