We were traveling across country from Oregon to Illinois. We stopped at Grants Pass for breakfast, Subway had delicious and hot breakfast sandwiches that kept us going. Friendly staff at drive up.

Got a sandwich here last night in the drive thru. The guy sounded high, he couldn't pay attention, he kept having side conversations with other people behind the scenes, he had to ask me 4 times what kind of toppings I wanted, cussing in the background and overall he was rude as hell. it took literally over 30 minutes for this person to serve 4 cars or so. The worst service service I have ever had at a subway by far. Company's literally do not care anymore.UPDATE. called and told a "manager" that I would be in to speak to them.
