I placed an order for pick up they told me it be ready in one hour. When I got there to pick up my order, they didn't even place my order when I called and placed one. So they took my order again and told me it be 10 to 20 minutes and it be ready. I waited 20 minutes then went back through the drive thru, picked my order up and left. I only live about 8 minutes from Summit Giovanni's, when I got home the pizza was COLD and it shouldn't have been COLD
