Sumo Japanese Steakhouse! We originally had called Kabuki to make a reservation and was told we didn't need one, that it wouldn't be busy. Low and behold we arrive at 6:30 and are told over 2hr wait. After being disappointed I remembered that I've been wanting to try this place for a long time but have never had the chance to try it out. We went last night for my brother's birthday and it was an amazing experience. Half of our party ordered the Sukiyaki steak fried rice and the steak was super tender and mouth-watering delicious. My mother ordered the fried California roll and everyone at the table was stealing bites because it was so good. I'm very picky when it comes to eating Asian food and I couldn't have been happier with our choice.
