Super Dave's On The Go in Boca Raton

I hired Super Dave for my 2 Daughters Double Graduation Party at our house yesterday. I had previously met Super Dave @ a Wine & Food Event in Boca Raton we attended. I had checked out the other food vendors at the event but chose Dave's killer Brisket & a couple sides that left a last taste impression on me, in addition to the personality impression of meeting a Super Guy !!! I called a week or so ago about the date I needed him & he came out to check out our backyard & we planned the menu - we figured out how many people would be attending & what we should have for them. We chose to have 3 meats - pulled pork - Brisket & Grilled Chicken - sides of Mac & Cheese - Awesome Slaw - & Green Beans & Ham Hocks !!! Yesterday - he & his team arrived an hour or so before the event with a rolling grill & quickly got setup and within an hour our friends were lined up ready to eat. The reviews from the 85 people or so who attended were all very positive - people loved what I loved - came back for seconds - used the Super Dave Sauce & the mustard BBQ sauce up. Cleanup was easy - they are Pros !! - That is what you get when you hire a truly Super person !!! You get an amazing...

I tried Super Dave's food last Thursday for the first time. Best BBQ I ever had. Truly a magician with foods. Can't wait to go back for more.
