First, I just want to say we are a Super Duper Burger fan. It's one of the few burger places where my daughter who has a lot of diet restrictions and allergies, can enjoy her food. For the longest time that we have been eating at Super Duper (other locations) we never had any issues ordering what my daughter can eat, which is JUST patty and cheese, NO BUNS (wheat allergy). However, not at this location. They did not accommodate our order. I found it weird because exactly the week before, we ordered the same thing at the Concord location. I asked why and the cashier said, they don't do it anymore. Also, for some reason, their patty and fries were not as good as the other location we've been to. It was a disappointment. We will never come back to this particular location.

Not all Super Duper Burgers are created equally. But my first and favorite is this one in Emeryville. It was better than I imagined. But, unfortunately, places don't tend to live up to the hype. I highly recommend this location. The only issue I saw was the inability to ask who was next.
