There are so many options for you to create at this restaurant. You can add ingredients or go bare minimum if you want. I loved the fresh spring rolls with shrimp. You can have them made vegetarian tofu or chicken too. I really enjoyed the peanut sauce it came with. The soup can be made with veggie, chicken or beef broth. I opted for the veggie with rice noodles. It was delicious! They also have me a whole plate of add in vegetables. The jalapeños sprouts and cilantro were fresh and added a much needed flavor. T...

Consistently, reliably great food. I've had a few items off the menu--Banh mi, shrimp pho, chicken pho--and all are tasty and fresh. Highly recommend.
