This plays stays busy! We decided to wait it out one afternoon and camped out behind the A/C and a sun visor in the car. It felt like an eternity, but we finally got to go in to be seated! The food was pretty good and our waitress was very nice. The margaritas were my favorite out of the whole experience, they were SO tasty! Overall I am happy I finally tried Superica, but due to their slam-packed nature, I don't foresee myself returning anytime soon unless they acquire a building that has a better distribution of space.

Super cute and chic restaurant with just...subpar Tex-Mex food. Everything was presented very beautifully, the restaurant was so vibrant, and the service was quick and attentive. But the food was very average and slightly lacking flavor for the price they were. I guess that's what happens when you try to modernize dishes. The $13 guacamole appetizer tasted like it was a freshly cut avocado with a squeeze of lime juice, and I was so disappointed. My friends and I ordered a 1/2 pound steak and 1/2 pound order of fajitas to share with both corn and flour tortillas. The food was plenty for us three. The flavor was decent, but with so many other Tex-Mex options around Houston, this was nothing to write home about. Overall, I'm happy I got to try this restaurant. But I don't see myself coming back here again when I'm craving tex mex.

Our night at Superica started out very negative after a long wait turned into an even longer one for our large party, but the Superica staff quickly turned it around with our great waitress, free margaritas, and multiple free apps to accommodate for our wait. The food is always so good, margaritas are phenomenal, and a fun environment always.
