Filthiest and dirtiest bathroom. I wouldn't eat here if you saw the bathroom. Even trays are dirty.

Good for Gujarati snacks(vegetarians/vegans) especially kachori, khandvi, fafda, jalebi. You get great variety of sweets and snacks to choose from. Highly recommend when you are in Artesia and looking for some light food

Finally re-visited Surati Farsan after 9 years. Also re-visited (but did not revise) my opinion that theirs is the best chaat I've had. This was only my fourth trip back to California in the last 9 years, so I'm not a frequent enough visitor and also don't end up staying anywhere close by. But after having it again after all these years, and having had chaat in a number of other cities in the intervening years, I'm definitely thinking of prioritizing my visits to Surati fatsan when I am In-state next. Artesia overall, and this restaurant in particular, have also received a bit of a facelift. The city has been brightened and prettified and SF itself is much bigger and nicer looking than it used to be. So much more space for indoor/outdoor dining. Although I did notice that people were only inside to order or pickup while those dining were doing so outdoors likely due to covid precautions as Delta's rates of infection kick up. I don't know when next I'll be back to California for more khasta kachori, delhi chaat or pani poori but I will be. And I might sp...
