Used to be one of my favorite places to go at 3-4 times a month. Since the pandemic, i have gone maybe once every 4-5 months. It has been going downhill in my opinion. The main appeal was to see your bowl or sushi to be made, and while i understand during the pandemic to have social distancing, other places like subway and chipotle have continued service as usual. Now you just have to place your orders in the kiosk which can't guarantee your food to come out the way you'd like or additional customizations. I keep gettings ingredients missing on my orders. I came in with a roll with only salmon, cream cheese, edamame and sweet soy. The cream cheese was missing and it was the lightest amount of sauce that could not be seen on the white rice and barely tasted, among my other orders. There prices also keep going up for the same quality if not less with almost every protein having an additional charge. I gave it another chance this past weekend and each burrito had at least 1 or 2 things missing. Just not the same anymore.

I order here very frequently for over a year (I used to go the one by UCF before going to the one in Altamonte), but the last couple of orders in 2021 have been lackluster, especially whenever I order online. I’m always missing something or the order is partially incorrect. Sometimes when I ask for sauce on the side, the bowl I receive will have sauce on top. And I will always be missing a topping. Most of the time, it’s not a big deal and easily overlooked (like missing wasabi on the side or no cucumbers, daikon etc.). But the last order, I ordered a bowl with avocado (which I believe charges extra), chicken tempura, spicy salmon and spicy tuna and only received a bowl that had spicy salmon and tuna. And I also ordered a bowl that was half brown rice half lettuce and received half a container of brown rice with 7 pieces of lettuce. I understand cutting back, but this is a tad ridiculous.I typically don’t like to complai...
