What a gem! My husband brought me and the kids here for our wedding anniversary. We ordered lots of different things from the menu, but what stood out from the rest was the special Moriawase. I think we found our new favorite place and to top it off, without the city drive. Great atmosphere. Knowledgeable wait staff. The best sushi. And as my little states, "Panna cotta is my life." Definitely check it out!

The food at Sushi Hatsu was stunning and delicious. They have such a creative and unique menu- you can really tell the amount of thought and care that goes into each dish and component. My favorite two dishes were the Amberjack carpaccio and the Korean short rib empanadas. The flavor combination on the carpaccio was so unexpected, and yet very well balanced. Just an exciting bite of food.In addition to the meal, we also had excellent service. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!
