We have been going to sushi uchi for quite some time, and they are always consistent, delicious and friendly. I don't know how they do it, but the tuna and fatty tuna is the freshest and best I've ever had. It melts in your mouth like butter. They have a small menu, but they do what they do with perfection. They chose a focus area (sushi) and they do it better than anyone around. I highly recommend them!
