I was kinda upset when I called In to order food Togo. I was ask to pay over the phone with my card. I told the person on the phone I was going to pay cash and he said I would have to come in and order the food... I live far away from this place so I just wanted to order and pick up and leave when I get there... I don't want to waste more time just getting there ordering the food then having to wait. Even though I wanna try this place I don't wanna dine in due to me having an infant and with Covid on the rise. It's not safe.

This is my 4th visit to this restaurant. By far the worst experience I've had at Swamp Kingz. The staff was not the friendliest. The ended up giving out my order to another customer and asked me if I still wanted the order that the guest was bringing back... totally unacceptable . No one apologized or truly made it right
