3 of us went in for frozen yogurt. When we arrived there wasn't an employee in the building. He walked in shortly after. He explains that some flavors are not available due to them not receiving a delivery. (That is understandable) Then he sees that one I tried was empty and fills it, but not before I put a different flavor in my cup. All that is fine, BUT I an giving this a one star because before I left I went to the restroom. Only after starting to use the restroom I realize there is not any toilet paper or paper towels at all! I have to call the person with me to bring me some napkins. (I could care less if am employee is outside when I arrive, but not if the basics aren't taken care of, like toilet paper in the bathroom!!!) We were in there on 12/29/21. Needless to say we won't be returning! Froyos has better flavors anyways!

This place is a dump! I was super excited to come here, because I love sweet frog, but this location is run down, dirty, and doesn’t have that fun vibe that most sweet frogs have. There were broken lighting, broken machines, a TV falling off the wall. They also didn’t have any color changing spoons, or fun sweet frog merchandise to purchase. No warm welcome or excitement from by the associate who seemed inconvenienced when I asked if the one machine was broken. Will not be back.

They’ve got a good selection of flavors available and a sizable toppings selection, plus whipped cream and various sauces. The store could be a little cleaner, and the decor is sparse.
